Property layouts for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent photograph release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a key labelling various sections of the land.
Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for dock shelters.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional release.
